Three Week Dance Workshop

For Students currently enrolled in Ballet 1A, 1B, 1C, Performance 1, Choreography1, Modern 1

9:00 am-3:00 pm
(The workshop builds incrementally. Students choosing partial participation must consult registrar.)

Deposit of $100 Non-refundable due by April 15.
Workshop Tuition: $900
$350 for each week

Faculty: Claudine Naganuma

with Guest Instructors:

Julia Tsitsi Chigamba (Zimbabwean dancer, singer and instrumentalist) from the rich tradition of Shona music and dance.

Damara Ganley (modern) Bnadaloop and Joe Goode Performance Group. Damara is a graduate of UCSC.

Kristen E. Gerding (musical theater) has toured with Broadway shows A Chorus Line and Jesus Christ Superstar; currently working with SF circus company Vau De Vire Society.

Katherine McGinity (dance history) a former professional ballet dancer, holds a BA in Dance and Performance Studies from UC Berkeley and is a Certified Laban Bartenieff Movement Analyst.

The workshop will culminate in an open showing on Friday, August 19th at 2:00 pm
